I can't say enough about how great this place was. We had a big group of guys and needed a lot of beds. This place was perfect for our needs. Everything was just as described. The place was clean and the hosts were very communicative every step of the way. I hope to make this a yearly trip!

The hosts accommodated our needs by allowing us to bring extra dogs and check in a little earlier so we could decorate for Christmas.
The kitchen is large and well-stocked with spices, utensils, and cooking equipment. I appreciate cooking on a gas stove.
We especially enjoyed the views of Christmas lights and sunrises from the balcony.
Their home was a great place for our family gathering.

I had an absolutely wonderful time here. Val and Andy both were incredible and amazing with communication as well as hospitality. The property itself went beyond expectations and the views were absolutely spectacular. It was the perfect getaway from the rush of life while staying close enough to town and activities such as the flatirons. Many mornings I woke to a family of deer grazing while I had coffee on the porch. I can’t recommend this property more!

Great location, private and quiet but only an hour or less to Estes Park, Ft Collins, and only a bit further to Denver. It is hard to find places with this many beds at this kind of price. The downstairs game room was great, all the kids could play together without affecting everyone upstairs. WiFi is excellent. The hosts were fast and responsive!
